These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the DealerWise website and vehicle negotiation services. By using the website, submitting a request, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
DealerWise is an independent vehicle negotiation service. We assist clients with vehicle research, dealership communication, offer review, and negotiation. DealerWise is not a dealership, manufacturer, lender, insurer, broker, law firm, or financial adviser.
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory and legally able to enter binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Services depend on the selected package and may include vehicle research, dealership outreach, offer comparison, price negotiation, fee review, trade-in strategy, and general buying assistance. We may decline requests that are impractical, unlawful, outside our service area, or inconsistent with these Terms.
DealerWise does not sign purchase, financing, trade-in, or other binding documents for you unless separately authorized in writing and legally permitted. You remain responsible for accepting or rejecting offers.
Current pricing is displayed on the website or communicated before service begins. A deposit may be required. Unless otherwise stated, the remaining fee is due after successful completion of the applicable service milestone. Taxes may apply.
Deposits may be non-refundable once work begins, except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. If you cancel after work starts, DealerWise may retain amounts reasonably related to work already performed. Any savings or no-fee promise applies only according to its stated conditions.
Vehicle pricing and availability can change without notice. DealerWise does not guarantee a specific discount, savings amount, interest rate, trade-in value, approval, delivery date, or completed purchase. Calculator results and examples are illustrative only.
Dealerships, lenders, insurers, inspection providers, transportation companies, and other third parties are independent from DealerWise. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, inventory, pricing errors, financing decisions, warranties, repairs, or contractual performance.
For used vehicles, you should independently verify condition, history, mileage, title status, warranty, recalls, and inspection results. DealerWise does not inspect vehicles unless expressly agreed in writing.
Financing and trade-in information is general assistance only. DealerWise does not guarantee credit approval, lender terms, or trade-in value. Final values remain subject to third-party assessment.
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, scrape content, impersonate another person, or submit false or fraudulent information.
The DealerWise name, logo, website design, text, graphics, forms, and other content are owned by or licensed to DealerWise. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DealerWise disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealerWise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for a service engagement will not exceed the service fees actually paid for that engagement, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify DealerWise and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate information, or breach of these Terms.
You consent to service-related communications by email, telephone, or text using the contact information you provide. Standard carrier charges may apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be brought in Nova Scotia courts unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
DealerWise may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, package description, and any written service agreement form the entire agreement for the applicable service.
Questions may be submitted through the contact information displayed on the DealerWise website.
These generic Terms are a practical starting point and are not legal advice. They should be reviewed by a qualified Canadian lawyer before public launch.
